Brockdin Lectures Multimedia at MAINZ
Brockdin has just finished lecturing his courses for 2003 at MAINZ, the Music and Audio Institute of New Zealand. As Audio Engineering and Music Production industries moves toward computer based platforms and multimedia integration, The Music and Audio Institute run multimedia modules as part of the 2nd year diploma course, to add value to students abilities in the field.
Brockdin has recently completed lecturing courses in Computer Graphics, Digital Video / CD-Rom Production and Web Authoring. The Multimedia sections of the diploma year runs over ten weeks and includes theory and practical based assignments. While, Student focus is on gaining a background in the theoretical principles of multimedia, Students also complete such real world tasks as creating CD Covers, Posters, Portfolio websites with audio, Presentation CD-Rom’s with post-produced Video and the completion of research within the field of various Audio formats.
